Master Stock Salmon

  • 500ml The Stock Merchant Free Range Master Stock
  • 2x300g salmon or ocean trout fillets, skin on
  • 10 spring onions, trimmed to approx 10cm
  • 300g jasmine rice or Asian greens


  1. Pour Master Stock in a saucepan that snugly fits the fish fillets, bring to a simmer.
  2. Place the fish and spring onions into the simmering Master Stock. Replace lid and turn off heat.
  3. Allow the salmon and onions to seep in the Master Stock for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the fish and spring onions from pan and place over boiled jasmine rice or stir-fried Asian greens in warm bowls, spooning over the Master Stock.
