Tuna & Bone Broth Rice Bowl

1 cup mixed greens
1 packet Original Bone Broth Rice
1 jar Tuna in EVOO
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
2 sheets seaweed, torn
Sushi ginger, to serve
Sliced spring onion
Chilli oil or chilli crunch
Kewpie Mayonnaise
Method
Spoon the warm bone broth rice into two bowls.
Add the mixed greens alongside.
Gently place the tuna on top, keeping the flakes intact.
Finish with cucumber, avocado, and seaweed.
Serve as is, or add sushi ginger, green onion, and a little chilli oil if you like.
