Made from the simplest and finest certified organic spelt flour, grown on tradition rich farms in Northern Italy. A Spelt Spaghetti with Capers, Chilli & Tuna

Toss bronze die extruded spelt spaghetti through sautéed garlic, chilli flakes and briny capers. Fold through our tuna and a splash of reserved pasta water for that glossy, silky finish.

Finish with lemon zest, a squeeze of juice and plenty of cracked pepper.

Both our Organic Spelt Pasta and Organic Pasta Sauces have a 36-month shelf life (three years) from date of manufacture.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate sauces and consume within 3 days.
